SONIC.....
This was Sonic when she was a pup. Sonic is the youngest of Rachel's dogs and the main Help My Pup demo dog. Sonic has a very gentle temperament and because of this, Sonic is the dog that visits schools, groups and Pets at Home classes. She enjoys cuddles, sausages and playing ball, Sonic firmly believes in self-development and has recently taught herself how to jump onto the kitchen worktop and how to open the fridge?!! Sonic loves showing off tricks in class!! STORM..... Storm had his first open competition in 2003 and is now a Jade Award dog. He enjoys sleeping behind the sofa, drinking from only freshly flushed toilets, and waiting for the alarm to go off in the morning so he can snog his mum. Storm's favourite food is chocolate and his hero is David Beckham. Storm was destined to be different as his Father was called Lucky and was killed chasing a van up the A55 and his Mother was called Bruno..............Yes Bruno!! Storm is the apple of Rachel's eye and it's fair to say she loves him more than her husband!!
JINX... Jinx is a 4 year old crossbreed and is a rare anteater x collie we think! Her mother came from cheshire dogs home complete with some well hidden puppies and her brother Sammy and sister Daisy May also do flyball. Jinx likes to try her hand at all sorts of dog disciplines. Her favourite food is whatever Diesel is eating as he is her hero. Her hobbies include following Diesel, playing catch with her kibble and getting washes from the cat.
Kay .... After a successful flyball and agility career, at the age of 9, Kay has found a retirement home with Kath & Wilson. Kay now enjoys nothing more than sleeping on the sofa, sausages and cuddles. But we occasionally make her come to club and do some work!!

DIESEL... Diesel had his first open competition in 2005 and is now an Pearl Award Dog. When Diesel likes to try his hand at any canine disciplines. Diesel has an extreme phobia of slippy flooring which render him unable to move and therefore is rarely seen at the club. As a puppy, Diesel's littermates were stolen and sadly only Diesel was left at the farm. Diesel's favourite food is anything that makes him dribble and his hero is Matt (Rachel's Husband!). He loves nothing more than lying on your feet and dreaming about his next flyball session.
WILSON... Wilson was rescued by Kath in North Wales. Wilson started as a new member of the club, Kath being a friend of Rachels. He had gone from strength to strength and anybody taking on a rescue dog should talk to Kath about the rewards (and hurdles) sometimes involved.
Ozzi..... Ozzi is almost 2 years old and is a Jack Russell x Beagle! Ozzi likes to chase his mates Sonic, Diesel, Storm & Jinx around on the field. His favourite food is anything with meat in or anything on a human plate. Ozzi's hobbies include sleeping on the couch, inspecting the bin and dreaming about Sonic.....
Our newest recruit!! George!! George is a Lab x Collie pup and is only just 11 weeks old. George is baby 'brother' to Ozzi.... but is already bigger than him!! George is hopefully going to be trained as a petting dog so that he can do hospital and school visits with Sonic. He is doing very well in and outside of classes!  |
